01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 1win2u ("Platform", "we", or "the Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1win2u platform via https://1win2u.click, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy 1win2u, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and 1win2u.

02Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Basic Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 1win2u, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or above at the time of registration
• Resident in Malaysia and accessing this platform from within Malaysia
• Not prohibited by any local laws from using online betting services
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period imposed by 1win2u or any other platform
• Not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold ONE (1) account only at 1win2u. This includes accounts sharing the same name, email address, phone number, home address, IP address, or any other identifying information. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

03Deposit & Withdrawal

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method that was same with your deposit method
• All KYC requirements must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed
• Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays)
• 1win2u reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000

04Bonus & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by 1win2u are subject to the following conditions, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each promotion:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• The welcome deposit bonus is only available for first deposit only and is non-refundable
• Bonuses may not be used to fulfil the requirements of another bonus simultaneously, unless otherwise stated
• 1win2u reserves the right to withdraw bonuses if there is evidence of abuse or misuse of promotions
• Each member is eligible for each promotion one time only unless otherwise stated

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement refers to the total amount you must wager before the bonus funds (and any winnings from them) can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before a withdrawal can be made.

05Betting Rules

5.1 Settled Bets

All bets that have been verified and accepted by the 1win2u system is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the member. It is the member's sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all bet details prior to confirmation.

5.2 Cancelled or Postponed Matches

• If a match is cancelled before it begins – the bet will be fully refunded to the account
• If a match is postponed for more than 24 hours from the original time – full stake refunded
• If a match has started but not completed – settlement is based on the result at the time of stoppage (for applicable sports, subject to rules)
• In-play bets on a match that is suspended mid-game – refunded in accordance with the relevant sport's policy

5.3 Odds Errors

1win2u strives to ensure the accuracy of all displayed odds. However, in the event of a technical error or obvious mistake (odds that are clearly unreasonable), 1win2u reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the amount to the member, regardless of whether the bet has already won.

06Account Security

6.1 Member Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

1win2u is not liable for any loss arising from a member's failure to maintain the security of their account, including but not limited to lost or stolen passwords, unauthorised third-party access due to member negligence, or the use of a compromised device.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the 1win2u platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Identity fraud – using a false name, fraudulent information, or fake documents during registration or KYC
• Money laundering – using the platform to conceal or transfer illicit funds
• System manipulation – using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the system
• Bonus abuse – creating multiple accounts or colluding with other members to exploit promotional offers
• Match fixing – having knowledge of or involvement in the fixing of sports results that are subject to betting
• Operating an account on behalf of another person – allowing another person to play using your account, or vice versa
• Chargeback – filing a chargeback through a bank or payment provider after a deposit has been used

08Responsible Gambling

09Account Closure & Suspension

• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or misconduct
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe
• Closure request by the member themselves
• Instructions from authorities or law enforcement agencies

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting the 1win2u support team. Any valid balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the member once all verifications are complete.

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1win2u shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes
• Platform disruption due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Losses resulting from the member's failure to keep their account secure
• Errors resulting from information provided by the member
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform

11Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding 1win2u, please follow the procedure below:

2. Step 2: Our team will investigate and respond within 5 business days
3. Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request a review by senior management within 14 days of the initial response date
4. Step 4: Senior management decisions are final with regard to platform operations

11.2 Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled through the appropriate legal process in Malaysia.

12Amendments to These Terms

1win2u reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

Continued use of the 1win2u platform after a notice of changes has been issued will be considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and close your account.
